Robison and Gibbons use a combination of the Peters Edition for organ and the more recent arrangement of the six sonatas (1975) for flute and harpsichord by Waltraut and Gerhard Kirchner, for Barenreiter, with their own modifications.
It's a delicious recording; the tone of Robison's flute is mesmerizing. The combination with Gibbons' outstanding harpsichord performance is truly exquisite. Very highly recommended. | | Acknowledgements: | And from the collection of Jan Hanford. | | Date First Submitted: | 02/09/2003 | | Purchasing: | Suggested Purchasing Sources
