The soprano, Emma Kirkby is fabulous, she really can see what Bach and mainly her arias are about. David Thomas on the other hand has done better work before. I dont understand why he has left the more natural voice and stared unsing a more Shubert kind of voice. The recording in general is more than satisfying.
