Comments:Arnd Koch said:

These cantatas were recorded in the village church of Ponitz (Thuringia) because of its organ by Johann Gottfried Silbermann (1737) which makes specially the 'Sinfonia' of BWV 49 a jewel. The bass, Gotthold Schwarz, also the founder and choirmaster of Concerto vocale Leipzig, formerly was a member of the Thomanerchor of Leipzig.
