If you're not yet "converted" from the organ, give the pedalharpsichord a try. If you're already converted, this disc meets all the expectations of clarity and drama expected of the instrument. A nicely varied program. I particularly single out the Passacaglia 582 which is the most clearly articulated performance I have heard, enjoyable as a performance, and definitely the choice for study. |
