I have heard a number of versions of "Sheep May Safely Graze" but few that included the vocal accompaniment and fewer still with one of such high quality. After hearing this recording, I knew instantly that I wanted it played at my wedding, and I'm not even engaged yet! This is one track on an exceptional collection that does well in mining some of Bach's lesser known compositions. Quite a departure from most of the popular compilations of his work. |
