Bach composed it (in 1713) this is the only Recording (known so far) where the Trumpeter (Mr. S. Christoff) is playing the Trumpet part in its original form (as written by J.S.Bach) - with Baroque Trills at the start of the 3rd Movement, and not with Upper Mordent (as Pierre Thibaud is substituting) or Grace Notes (as Maurice Andre is substituting to make it even easier)... |
