The Munich Chamber Orchestra (modern instrumentation) plays with ease, conviction, beauty, grace and power. Kantorow (violin) plays beautifully and powerfully with expert control of rubato, dynamics, and phrasing. Tempos are what I call perfect. If at first you may think the tempo is slow- you'll quickly adjust and you'll hear what you've been missing in those other faster performances. You'll enjoy every moment here as these master musicians do everything right.
