I'm particulary fond of versions for Harpsichord, because it allows you to hear the individual voices better, because all the voices are played on the same instrument. None of the voices are different from tonecolour, and therefore more easely to hear. The Harpsichord used in this recording is very beautiful and clear, however the performance is not of my taste, because of the numerous ornaments and the lack of steady tempi in the movements.
