A collection of Bach's famous cantatas. The singing is extraordinarily vivid, especially that of Fischer-Dieskau. Although the performance does not suit today's trend of 'authentic' instrumentation, it has some unusual power.
As a whole, I recommend this DG Duo warmly. For BWV 51, I'd go for Gardiner's version with Philips (can't beat Emma Kirkby...).
