I purchased this CD to complete my collection of the first 10 CDs of Suzuki's Bach cantata performances. I have to say that this is one of the best releases in the entire set (#1 being the other good one). The joyful cheer of BWV 31 and the sad and soulful BWV 21 complement each other well in this CD. The alternative movements from BWV 21 are an added bonus, giving the listener an opportunity to listen to different perspectives on this cantata.

I highly recommend this recording to Bach cantata enthusiasts.
